Defenders Of Civil And Human Rights

Supporting The Protection Of Civil And Human Rights In Australia

Welcome To Defenders Of Civil And Human Rights

Defenders of Civil and Human Rights was setup to provide assistance to those Australians who do not know or do not understand that Judges, Lawyers and Public Servants must respect International Laws, like the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in force since 1975 and the Declaration of Human Rights in force since 1948 and also the Treaty against Corruption in force in Australia since 6 January 2006. All Laws passed by the United Nations must be respected in Australia and Legal Actions can be taken against perpetrators of violations of Civil and Human Rights.

With over 10 years of Court Litigation from the Local Courts to the High Court of Australia and with 6 years of Law Studies we noticed that there was a need for an independent organisation to provide assistance to those that cannot afford a high priced Lawyer which sometimes provide worthless services which causes Families to suffer and end up in tragedy all because of the corrupted legal system in Australia. We hope that in our website you will find clear to understand information that would help you to protect your Civil and Human Rights and that you would understand International Laws, which Politicians, Judges, Lawyers and Public Servants must respect. Legal Actions for Violations of Civil and Human Rights can be taken against those who think that they are above the Laws.

At Defenders of Civil and Human Rights we provide our assistance free of charge and we rely upon donations from the public to cover the costs of our website and other costs. If you feel that the information provided in our website and assistance are of service to you, you may wish to make a donation of as little as $5.00 which will ensure that the information and assistance are provided to those Australians who have suffered Violations of their Civil and Human Rights in Australia.

Dairy Farm Residences is built along Dairy Farm Road.  Many are puzzled on how does the road name come along since there are no farms in Singapore?

Back in the years 1930s, Cold Storage’s Managing Director began the world’s first dairy farm in a hot climate on the grounds of Bukit Timah Road.  The aim of the farm was to cater pasteurised milk fresh from the farm to the local expatriates.  The brand is known as’ Magnolia’.  There were a herd of around 800 cows back then and the location of farm was the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve now.
